Core Features & Changes
Extreme Gore and Violence
Brütal Doom takes violence to a whole new level. The mod features detailed dismemberment, unique death animations, headshots, executions, and massive amounts of blood. Enemies scream in pain, crawl away when critically injured, and can even be used as human shields.
Interactive World
The environment becomes truly alive:
Kick severed limbs and heads (you can even use them to trigger traps or throw at enemies)
Destroy almost everything in the levels (trees, lamps, hanging bodies, etc.)
Paint walls, floors, and ceilings with blood
Push or throw explosive barrels
Weapons & Combat
Every weapon has been significantly upgraded and given its own identity. The classic progressive weapon system is mostly gone — each weapon remains useful throughout the game. New mechanics include:
Kick (default Q) to knock enemies back
Stealth kills from behind
Cinematic executions with the Berserk pack (“RIP AND TEAR!”)
Powerful explosion physics and impact feedback
